Shipping Policy  

When do you ship?  
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, with the exception of holidays.  

Where do you ship to?  
We ship domestically anywhere in the continental United States.  

How do you ship?  
We ship via FedEx. Options at check-out will include Ground, Express, 2-Day, and Overnight. Rates will be displayed for options available based on location. 

Rates to ship?  
You are offered several shipping options through FedEx upon checkout. Rates are based on weight and location. We ship most often via FedEx Ground, however should you need your order guaranteed on a specific date or within a desired time-frame other options are available and rates will be displayed in the Shipping Method options.  

When will my order arrive? 
We do not guarantee a delivery date as we are unable to control the shipping process with FedEx once your order/package leaves our store. We are able to provide estimated arrival dates based on location and information provided by FedEx. For guaranteed arrival dates, the appropriate shipping method must be selected at checkout and FedEx is responsible for guaranteeing your package arrival. We are not responsible for packages that do not arrive "on time" and any claims must be filed with FedEx. 

How to track an order that's been shipped?  
We maintain your tracking number through our FedEx portal. Call us anytime and we will be more than happy to look up your tracking number and/or track your package for you.
